YOUR MISSION:

Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for Highsnobiety’s film and video projects, ensuring content resonates with our audience and reflects our brand ethos. Storytelling Mastery: Develop compelling visual narratives that amplify Highsnobiety’s cultural presence in fashion, music, art, and design. Production Leadership: Oversee all aspects of film production, from concept to final cut, ensuring high-quality output on time and within budget. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the production, creative and editorial, and strategy teams to integrate film and video content into larger brand campaigns, maintaining consistency across projects. Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of emerging filmmaking techniques and digital storytelling trends, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Client Campaigns: Collaborate with clients and brand partners to execute branded film content that enhances the cultural and commercial value of Highsnobiety’s projects. Post-Production Excellence: Supervise editing, sound, color grading, and all post-production elements to ensure the highest standards in film quality. Cultural Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of the cultural conversations within Highsnobiety's domains, using this insight to inform creative decisions.

YOUR SKILLS:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in film direction, with a proven track record in fashion, lifestyle, or branded content creation. Visual Storytelling: Strong portfolio showcasing ability to tell culturally relevant, visually compelling stories. Cultural Acumen: Deep understanding and connection to Highsnobiety’s core cultural spheres (fashion, music, art, and design). Technical Mastery: Expertise in all stages of film production, from directing talent to post-production and technical workflows. Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working with diverse teams to bring ambitious creative visions to life. Budget Management: Experience managing film production budgets and timelines effectively.
