Wir suchen für unseren international renommierten Kunden aus der Metallerzeugung und -verarbeitungs- Branche in Augsburg einen Product Cost Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und ab sofort.

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für den Bereich Product Costing und Kostentransparenz (Ist-, Plan-, Potentialkosten ggü. Zielkosten) inkl. Kostenvorschau für PEP und Serien-Produkte à Unit Cost Report (UCR)

  • Interdisziplinäre Kooperation mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität, Controlling und Logistik

  • Entwickeln, Dokumentieren, Umsetzen und Nachhalten von geeigneten Maßnahmen zur Zielkostenerreichung zusammen mit der gesamten Organisation

  • Wertanalyse / Value Engineering als Schlüsselwerkzeug

  • ganzheitliche Analyse und Priorisierung der Themen / Projekte

  • detaillierte Analyse von Systemen, Baugruppen und Bauteilen

  • Sollkostenkalkulationen (für Bauteilbewertungen, Lieferantenverhandlungen, Sensitivitätsanalysen, etc.)

  • Herstellkostenoptimales Design

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, Wirtschaftsingenieurswissen oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung

  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis

  • Stark analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Kostenbewusstsein

  • Hohe Methoden- und Umsetzungskompetenz

  • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement/Controlling oder Leadership sind einzusätzlicher Pluspunkt

  • Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

  • Sicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungsfähigkeit

  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Verhandlungssicherheit in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
