En tant qu’ingénieur qualité, vous serez l’un de nos consultants qualité travaillant sur l’un de nos principaux projets d’ingénierie en Allemagne. Vous contribuerez également à notre développement et à notre croissance au sein de l’industrie automobile. 

En tant qu’ingénieur qualité, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : 

Soutenir l’équipe de projet, afin de garantir la sécurité du projet, l’assurance qualité en coordonnant toutes les activités de qualité et de sécurité tout au long du projet (SQCDP). 

Effectuer le FAI 

Qualité du projet (établir, suivre et coordonner le plan de qualité) 

Contrôle de l’exécution du projet (contrôler la qualité, signaler les alertes de qualité, apporter des modifications) 

Mesurer et améliorer la performance de la qualité du projet 

Effectuer des mesures de performance 

Qualifications

Profil requis 

Le candidat idéal est passionné par l’ingénierie, orienté vers les résultats et proactif. Le candidat retenu aura la chance de travailler sur plusieurs projets passionnants tout au long de sa carrière chez Alten, en développant ses connaissances en ingénierie en tant qu’ingénieur qualité et consultant. 

Expérience dans la gestion de la qualité/des outils de résolution de problèmes  Vous avez une première expérience de la fabrication industrielle, du développement de produits ou de la conception.  Vous avez des connaissances techniques sur les produits et les processus. Des connaissances dans les domaines suivants sont un plus : systèmes de qualité, sensibilisation à la sécurité et normes de qualité (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM,…).  Diplôme de niveau licence ou supérieur dans une discipline d’ingénierie pertinente.  Dans le cadre de projets internationaux, un bon niveau d’anglais sera nécessaire. La connaissance de l’allemand est un atout.  Conscient(e) que la satisfaction du client est au cœur de notre activité, vous êtes proactif(ve), attentif(ve), rigoureux(se), ouvert(e) d’esprit et doté(e) d’excellentes qualités relationnelles.
