Sind Sie ein Master-Student (m/w/d), der daran interessiert ist, im Bereich der EU-Agrar- und Ernährungspolitik zu arbeiten und Ihr Wissen über die EU-Institutionen und den Entscheidungsprozess zu erweitern? Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Netzwerk-Fähigkeiten und eine analytische Denkweise? Wir suchen für mindestens 6 Monate unseren neuen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) Governmental Affairs bei der KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA an unserem Hauptsitz in Einbeck oder in unserem Büro in Berlin . 
In dieser Funktion sind Sie Teil des Teams für strategische Kommunikation bei KWS. Sie unterstützen Advocacy-Aktivitäten und beobachten und analysieren kontinuierlich relevante gesetzgebende Entwicklungen. Zu den spezifischen Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung der internen Koordination von Advocacy und Politikmonitoring, die Organisation von Treffen mit Institutionen und anderen Stakeholdern, Recherchetätigkeiten für Dokumente sowie Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Besuchen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Bewertung relevanter politischer Aktivitäten mit Effekt auf KWS als Unternehmen Unterstützung bei der Koordination interner Abstimmungen über relevante Entwicklungen, Information der involvierten Abteilungen und Einholung von Feedback Beobachtung von relevanten politischen Trends und Entwicklungen auf EU-Ebene Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Meeting und Events mit Verbänden und Interessengruppen Pflege aktueller interner Datenbanken und Unternehmenspositionen/-statements Administrative und logistische Unterstützung der täglichen Aktivitäten im Bereich Governmental Affairs


Ihr Profil:

Laufendes Masterstudium in den für die Position relevanten Bereichen, beispielsweise Politikwissenschaften, Jura oder Agrarwissenschaften  Interesse an der Agrar- und Ernährungspolitik – erste Erfahrungen von Vorteil Fähigkeit zum Aufbau und zur Pflege eines Netzwerks und zum Austausch mit externen Kontakten sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen, auch remote  Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten Analytische Denkweise und strategisches Denken Offene Denkweise, proaktiver Ansatz, Lernbereitschaft Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
