Unser Werk in Bielefeld ist ein entscheidender Teil unseres Betriebs, der sich auf die Herstellung hochwirksamer, unsteriler onkologischer Wirkstoffe spezialisiert hat. Mit einer Tradition, die bis in die 1920er Jahre zurückreicht, hat sich Baxter in Bielefeld als weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Herstellung von zytotoxischen Arzneimitteln positioniert. Mit rund 50 engagierten Mitarbeitern spielt der Standort Bielefeld eine zentrale Rolle bei der Herstellung lebensrettender Onkologie-Medikamente.

Wir suchen Sie, als Laborant-Quality Control Technician (m/w/d) für unsere pharmazeutische Produktionsstätte in Bielefeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie sind für die Durchführung kritischer chemischer und physikalischer Analysen während der Produktion und am fertigen Produkt in der QC-Chemie zuständig.

Sie führen Tests an Rohstoffen, Erst-, In-Prozess- und Endproduktproben aus der Produktionsstätte mittels nasschemischen (z.B. Titration, pH-Wertbestimmung, UV/Vis) und instrumentellen (z.B. HPLC, GC) Analysen durch.

Sie überprüfen die Testdaten gemäß guter Dokumentationspraxis (GDP)

Sie führen die Überprüfungen und andere relevante Reviews im LIMS-System oder anderen computergestützten Systemen durch.

Sie unterstützen beim Mentoring innerhalb des Teams, wie z.B. bei der Durchführung von Schulungen und Aufsichtstätigkeiten.

Sie untersuchen verdächtige Daten, um Laborursachen zu identifizieren und zu korrigieren. Außerdem helfen Sie bei der Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und/oder Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen (CAPA). 

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als CTA, Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenumfeld sammeln

Sie haben eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

Zudem verfügen Sie über gute Kenntnisse mit dem MS-Office-Paket

Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch eine selbstständige, konzentrierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit aus

Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
