UAS Pilot and Instructor

• Conduct UAS flights, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Reports to the Flight Operations Manager, providing support in operational planning, field operations, and continuous improvement of operator skills.
• Perform mission planning, route assessments, and support the creation and adjustment of operational documentation and manuals.
• Lead training sessions for internal team members and clients on UAS operation, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
• Create, update, and document training materials and activities, maintaining records for all personnel.
• Perform basic maintenance and servicing of UAS systems.
• Collaborate with the Flight & Ground Test team to optimize Wingcopter systems.
• Take responsibility for the safety of all personnel and equipment, conducting safety briefings and ensuring operational safety standards.
• Manage risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential hazards in operating areas.

Must have: 

• Current Remote Pilot Certificate (A1/A3 + A2, Part 107, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in commercial UAS operations.
• Experience in training or instructing on UAS operations and safety.
• Technical skills for UAS maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Willingness for global travel.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment in UAS operations.
• Effective skills in engaging with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license (up to 3.5 tons).
• Ability handle equipment up to 25 kg 

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with EASA/FAA or similar regulatory content
• Experience creating training materials or instructional content.
• Experience with radio control systems and model aircraft
• Skills in flight data analysis and reporting.
• Radio Telephony Licence certification
• First aid or emergency response certification.
• Experience with manned aviation.
• Adaptability to changing operational environments.
