  • Mitwirkung bei Angebotskalkulationen

  • Erstellen und Prüfen von Verträgen sowie Mitwirkung bei Vertragsverhandlungen

  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektbudgets und -kosten im Rahmen des Projektcontrollings

  • Projektbezogenes Risiko- und Forderungsmanagement

  • Bewertung und Klärung von Vertragspunkten sowie Leistungs- und Abrechnungsdifferenzen, Nachträge

  • Klärung und Bewertung von projektbezogenen, steuerlichen und versicherungstechnischen Fragen mit unseren Fachabteilungen

  • Vertrags- und Kundenmanagement in Abstimmung mit den Projektleitern

  • Aktualisierung der Projekt-Forecasts

Zeigen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Hochschulabschluss oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Projektmanagement (oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

  • Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (VOB, BGB) sind ein Plus

  • Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise SAP R/3

  • Motivation und selbständige Arbeitsweise, um Themen selbständig und ausdauernd voranzutreiben und qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu erzielen

  • Ausgezeichnete Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit
