Manager Global Online Marketing (m/w/d) (Elternzeitvertretung, Teilzeit, befristet)
KNF DAC GmbHMarketing & Sales / Hamburg / KNF DAC GmbHFor our location in Hamburg we are looking for you as Manager Global Online Marketing (m/f/d) as a parental leave replacement with immediate effect for one year on a part-time basis. With over employees, the KNF Group is the global technology leader for diaphragm pumps and systems for pumping gases and liquids. As Manager Global Online Marketing (m/f/d) you will lead our online marketing team. As the main point of contact for our global locations, you will be responsible for implementing the global online marketing strategy and supporting local initiatives. Your leadership skills will be key to creating a collaborative and efficient virtual team environment.
YOUR TASKS
Leading the Hamburg online marketing team to ensure global online marketing goals are met. Planning and execution of global and local marketing activities for the entire KNF Group and individual KNF locations with a focus on online activities Prioritizing activities and defining clear work packages, timelines and deliverables Working directly with project managers, designers, social media and content teams to develop and implement key online marketing campaigns and working closely with the brand marketing team Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of online marketing efforts and implement improvements based on findings Leading local and global marketing projects to develop and implement new strategies or technologies. Communicate and maintain close relationships with our sites, contributing to their satisfaction and engagement
YOUR SKILLS
Degree in marketing, business administration, economics, communication or a related field At least 7 years of professional experience in digital marketing and experience in team leadership Relevant knowledge of the most important online marketing disciplines such as SEO, SEA, social media, content marketing, video marketing Confident handling of common online marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Tag Manager etc. Experience with the Typo3 content management system is an advantage Strong ability to work in a team with a collaborative mindset; Scrum experience is an advantage Excellent organizational skills and focus to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in parallel Confident with Office and project management software Fluency in English and German
