Are you studying in the natural sciences and would like to gain practical experience in an international healthcare company during your studies? - Then join us immediately as a working student in the Supplier Compliance Management / Global Direct Procurement department - The department deals with the worldwide selection and qualification of suppliers of active ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials. They also define supplier management processes and coordinate supplier audits and quality assurance agreements worldwide.
Your Challenge in Detail
You will support our team in the creation of quality assurance agreements “QAA” and the preparation of supplier meetings In addition, you will compile and archive the necessary qualification documents for active ingredients and packaging materials and maintain them in SharePoints You will support the global Quality Managers in supplier management issues In addition, you will support global QAA status queries at all Fresenius Kabi production sites and transfer the data to the QAA status recording system You will also be involved in the creation of work instructions, preparation of presentations, administration, maintenance and updating of the QAA status recording system
Your Competence is in Demand
Currently studying full-time in the natural sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy or similar) Careful and structured way of working Open and dynamic nature Good MS Office and SharePoint skills Very good written and spoken English skills
