Deine Aufgaben als Vertragsjurist

  • Unterstützung und Beratung aller internen Stakeholder der ManpowerGroup Deutschland in rechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Contract Management Team
  • Schwerpunkt auf Neuausrichtung und Optimierung interner Prozesse
  • Erstellung neuer Vertragsvorlagen gemäß globalen Vorgaben und Richtlinien
  • Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit dem Contract Management Team und anderen internen Stakeholdern
  • Verantwortung für interne Schulungen und Fortbildungen
  • Direktes Reporting an den Head of Legal der ManpowerGroup Deutschland
Dein Profil als Volljurist in unserm Legal Counsel Commercial-Team

  • Abschluss eines rechtswissenschaftlichen Hochschulstudiums und Referendariats
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrags- und Wirtschaftsrecht, entweder als Unternehmensjurist oder in einer Kanzlei
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einem pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Beratungsansatz
  • Interesse an operativen und strategischen Prozessen sowie Fähigkeit, rechtliche und kommerzielle Strukturen und Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und zu bewerten
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose internationale Kommunikation
