Deine Aufgaben
Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung in unseren digitalen Beschaffungsprozessen Identifizierung und Verfolgung von Möglichkeiten und Ideen, die sich positiv auf die Erhöhung unserer Automatisierungsrate auswirken enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Arbeitsbereich Plattformen & Workflows, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung zu erreichen Unterstützung des Teams bei der Integration von MS Power Automate als Teil unserer Automatisierungskette Übernahme einer aktiven Rolle in unserer agilen Liefermethodik zur Bereitstellung hochwertiger Automatisierungslösungen Zusammenarbeit über unsere Regionen hinweg zur Unterstützung der digitalen Transformation der Beschaffung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams in den Bereichen Beschaffung, IT und Buchhaltung, um die E2E-Prozessautomatisierung voranzutreibenDein Profil
Bachelor-Abschluss vorzugsweise in Informatik, IT, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Prozessautomatisierungsinitiativen in großen Versorgungsunternehmen (vergleichbare Großunternehmen sind ebenfalls willkommen) Erfolgsbilanz durch den Einsatz von Geschäftsanalysen, Prozessmanagement und Automatisierung (Analyse, Modellierung, Optimierung, Automatisierung) Expertenwissen in Automatisierungswerkzeugen, insbesondere MS Power Automate und RPA Blueprism Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für den potenziellen Mehrwert, der durch die Integration anderer Technologien (KI, ML, GPT-Sprachmodelle) entsteht Gute analytische Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit der notwendigen Belastbarkeit, um Prozesse im Detail zu bewerten und die Umsetzung von Verbesserungen zu unterstützen Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Wertschätzung für kulturelle Unterschiede und Vielfalt Kreative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Sinn für Humor Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Stakeholdern Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch erforderlich (Deutschkenntnisse sind ein deutliches Plus)Deine Benefits
