Manager Corporate Treasury

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As part of Finance, Corporate Treasury has around 35 employees. The purpose of Corporate Treasury is to manage the company’s liquidity, solvency and financial market risks. This includes Financial Operations (whereby the Company’s daily global cash position is managed), Corporate Funding (whereby the Company’s funding activities and cash flow forecasts are managed), Reporting & Forecasting (whereby the Company's currency exposure and all internal and external Treasury reporting are managed), Financial Risk Management (whereby the Company’s foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity risks are managed) and System, Processes and Projects (whereby all Treasury Systems, Treasury Processes and Projects are managed) as well as Risk Finance & Transfer (whereby all Risk Finane & Transfer topics are managed).
Key Responsibilities:
Be the key contact person for all treasury system applications Manage all IT applications in alignment with Corporate’s compliance requirements for SAP In-House-Bank (IHC), SAP Payment Factory (BCM, APM, MBC), SAP Cash Management, SAP Liquidity Analyzer, and treasury related applications like Liquidity Planner and Exposure Forecast, Bank Account Manager (BAM), Treasury Management System (TMS), interfaces to market and trade platforms (Bloomberg, T, CMS (Former Finastra, MISYS), DTCC) in cooperation with Global IT, IT Security etc. Manage direct IT interfaces for treasury applications Manage the SWIFT Connection as Security Office Ensure straight-through processing and full integration between all treasury applications Ensure smooth operation of the day-to-day business by setting up/ maintaining / update all treasury applications Lead medium sized system projects and improvement initiative in Treasury: analysis, design, evaluation, coordination (Request-For-Changes), blueprint, business change management, realization, Go Live, continuous improvement and ensure sustainability of achievements for treasury applications & processes by Global IT standards Provide comprehensive technical and business expertise for treasury and SAP processes to support business partners Drive Treasury Data Management Identify significant improvement potential through variance analysis, derive solutions and recommendations to facilitate related decisions Provide information about new processes or operational plans and deliver impact on Corporate Treasury environment, i.e. Segregation Of Duties Design, develop and implement adequate KPI’s and analytic tools to present results, recommendations and solutions Work collaboratively in an international team environment Actively keep up to date with latest system / application trends for TreasuryAuthorities:

• Comprehensive business and IT understanding of processes and structure
Knowledge of accounting topics related to treasury activities High degree of service and customer orientation Broad SAP experience and Treasury Management System experiences (like Quantum or SAP treasury) in terms of usage and processes Be team player Understand business requirements in technical processes Ability to coordinate, drive and perform changes / upgrades / maintenance of treasury systems Ability to operate cross-functionally Understanding of the complexity, interactions and dependences within IT applications Experience in Project Management Good verbal and written communication, including presentation skills Work closely together with Global IT and external vendors Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sourcesRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration/Finance / business informatics/ business oriented information technology 3-8 year experience in Treasury / Accounting / Banking / IT / SAP, ideally SAP AFS Comprehensive expertise for treasury relevant systems Fluent in English spoken and written, German as a plus Relevant project management experience Willing to train and be trained on above topics-
