YOUR ROLE
  • Develop B2B strategies, frameworks and guardrails for branding, marketing, customer activation and internal / external communication
  • Provide guidance to specific programs to enable effective brand management, marketing, customer activation and communication
  • Develop, co-create and steer internal communication incl. events, in close alignment with other activities driven by Transformation Office
  • Analyze and benchmark own vs. competitor's marketing and communication activities
  • Measure and report success and impact of campaigns and initiatives
  • Act as point of contact for questions related to brand, marketing, customer activation and communication
  • Collaborate with branding, marketing and communication teams and creative agencies (incl. steering of related resources)
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in communication, marketing, business administration or similar field
  • Profound work experience (5+ years) and proven track record in B2B marketing, customer activation, communication, and/or change management
  • Ideally, broader experience with diverse business functions such as sales, business development etc.
  • Ability to develop strategies and frameworks, transform into actionable steps and ensure their implementation across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management & influencing capabilities
  • Proactive mindset and change agent attitude as well as a collaborative spirit and strong team orientation
  • Structured working mode and ability to handle competing priorities 
  • Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
