YOUR TASKS:
Accompanying the complete supplier selection process Preparation and start of the request for quotation with suppliers Leading the negotiation for the different projects Responsibility for the procurement process with regard to QCDT (Quality, Cost, Delivery & Technical), coordination with all interfaces Ensuring delivery commitments and adherence to deadlines and quality Triggering orders Ensuring project execution in line with QCDT objectives Monitoring the supplier's performance and supplier development in coordination with the supplier's quality team, as well as contract-compliant fulfillment of delivery and cost obligations Implementation of the strategy for the assigned product groups Consolidation of requirements per product group, delivery of inputs Active participation in the product group strategy and panel development Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving Assessing risky suppliers and managing the associated improvement plan Building supplier relationshipsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of university education (Bachelor) or 3 years of vocational training + 2 years of specialized training Many years of professional experience ERP knowledge, proficient in Office and web applications Ability to work in a team and international mindset, negotiating skills, assertiveness, results orientation Agility, self-motivation, flexibility and resilience Experience and confident demeanor as well as good communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners Very good knowledge of German and English at B2 level Willingness to undertake business trips at home and abroad
