Die Position
Die Position wird im Bereich Structural Heart - Abbott Medical GmbH besetzt. Unser Geschäftszweck ist es, die Gesundheit wiederherzustellen und die Lebensqualität durch die Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Geräte- und Managementlösungen für die Behandlung von strukturellen Herzerkrankungen zu verbessern.
Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Lokalisierung und Umsetzung der strategischen Plananforderungen von EMEA / Global. Die Rolle verantwortet die Operationalisierung, den Aufbau von gezielten Segmentierungs-, Targeting- und Positionierungsrahmen und die Umsetzung vom strategischen Plan zur Marketing- und Verkaufstaktik, um ein nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum zu fördern und die Portfolioführerschaft aufrechtzuerhalten.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Leitung der Initiativen und der Brand-Vermarktung zur Etablierung & Verteidigung des Marktanteils Lokalisierung und Erweiterung des EMEA-Marketingplans, um kurz- und langfristige Umsatzziele zu erreichen Leitung, Koordination und Implementierung der Marketingaktivitäten zur Erreichung der Geschäftsziele durch Stakeholder-Integration, Koordination ‚Cross Franchise‘ und dedizierte Priorisierung Produkt Lifecycle Management auf Länderebene Single Franchise Fokussierung und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Differenzierung des Portfolios- Markteinführungsplanung & -umsetzung (Produkt- & klinische Daten)
- Aktives lösungsorientiertes Marketing durch Integration von Innovationsansätzen zur Förderung strategischer Partnerschaften
Führung und Erstellung lokaler Kommunikations- und Kampagnenpläne und der Zeitpläne gemäß den EMEA-Richtlinien, die mit dem digitalen Marketing in Einklang stehen
- Entwicklung taktischer segmentspezifischer Kampagnen und Schulung des Sales Teams
- Entwicklung klinischer Botschaften auf der Grundlage der EMEA-Leitlinie:
- Entwicklung dezidierte Zuweiser und Patienten ausgerichtete Initiativen
- KOL Engagement lokal und mit Input an EMEA Stakeholder
- Rising Star Entwicklung in Einklang mit den EMEA Projekten und lokaler Umsetzung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um kurzfristige Bedürfnisse zu verstehen Trainieren von und Entwicklung von Materialien/Kommunikationsmaterialien, sowie Objektion Handling Kooperation mit Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Finanzen, Vertrieb, Bildung, Klinik, HEMA,Training, Clinical, Medical & Management
Ihre Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Marketing, MBA von Vorteil Langjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement auf Landes- oder Regionalebene Gutes Grundverständnis von Geschäftsanforderungen, um Marketing und Sales effektiv zu verstehen und Marketing- Projekte und -Initiativen zu priorisieren Service Marketing- Wissen bevorzugt, Customer Centric Kampagnen Design bevorzugt Gutes Verständnis des Zuweiser Marktes in Deutschland Verkaufserfahrung stark bevorzugt sowie Business Analytics- Erfahrung erforderlich Starkes Verständnis der kurz- und langfristigen Geschäftsdynamik im kaufmännischen Kontext Gutes Verständnis von Change Management Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftHaben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
