• Order Processing and Follow-up: Efficient management of order entries, confirmations, and follow-ups within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Order Negotiations: Conduct negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for both parties.
• Customer Inquiries: Promptly respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding the order process, including inventory checks and order adjustments.
• Process Optimization: Monitor and improve departmental processes.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with all parties involved in the order process, both internally and externally.
• Customer Satisfaction: Continuously improve customer satisfaction.

• Customer Consultation: Preparing PCBs, advising on cost and production optimizations etc., selecting suitable partners and issuing of quotes.
• Reporting: Reporting on KPIs, creation of SWOT analyses, and monitoring of account progress.

• You have a technical or commercial education or have comparable qualifications
• You have good communication skills and an open ear for the customer
• Ideally, you already have experience working with printed circuit boards
• Good time management skills 
• You keep an overview when many tasks are waiting for you at the same time and don't let stress throw you off track
• Knowledge of AX, Salesforce, BI Qlickview/Qlicksense is desirable, but not essential 
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
