Wir suchen Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Floor Manager / Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Mega-Store in Düsseldorf zur Erweiterung unseres Teams.

Dein Aufgabengebiet bei uns:
- Du unterstützt das Managementteam und übernimmst die Aufgaben für Deinen Floor bzw. Deine Abteilung
- In Deinem Store bist Du für die Erreichung und Maximierung Deiner Abteilungsumsatzziele sowie die Minimierung der Verluste im Store zuständig
- Du agierst als Vorbild und bist für die Förderung Deiner Mitarbeiter zuständig
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team sorgst du für einen exzellenten Kundenservice
- Du bist verantwortlich für Deine Lagerbestände, sorgst anhand der Vorgaben des JD Visual Merchandise Guides für einen ansprechenden Look Deiner Verkaufsfläche und gewährleistest dabei einen ständigen Warenfluss
- Du unterstützt beim Recruiting und dem Onboarding der neuen Mitarbeiter in Deiner Abteilung
Das solltest Du mitbringen:
- BE A LEADER – Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für Deine Verkaufsfläche und besitzt bereits erste Managementerfahrung
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel und bringst idealerweise Begeisterung für Fashion und Footwear mit
- Du bist aufgeschlossen und ein Kommunikationstalent
- Du hast ein Grundverständnis für die Abläufe im Store
- Du möchtest neue Prozesse kennenlernen und Dich dabei weiterentwickeln
