Senior Staff Engineer

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you’re going to join our Architecture team. The team plays a crucial role in developing the backend technologies that support our engineering organization. You will work on various tech topics towards building our foundational tech frameworks and libraries (dependency management, observability SDK, Asynchronous Task framework…).
What you’ll do
As a Senior Staff Engineer you will be responsible for:
Taking leadership of delivering components and frameworks used by other Doctolib engineering teamsContribute on setting technical vision and defining the roadmap for the next quartersImplementing changes in Java and possibly Ruby and TypescriptJoining us on our quest to continuously improve the way we workWho you are

You have at least 10+ years of software engineering experienceYou have strong technical writing skills on Backend development and Platform knowledge You are an effective communicator and as a Senior Staff, you are able to operate on different side projects, interacting with different feature teamsYou have a “user first” mindset and want to dedicate yourself to creating technologies and solutions which will enhance the day to day work of our engineersIf you already have experience in a Platform team that would be a great plusWhat we offer
