Der integrierte Planungsansatz unserer Softwareprodukte reicht von der langfristigen Optimierung von Netzwerkstrukturen bis hin zur kurzfristigen Optimierung der Transportauslastung.
Was erwartet dich bei uns?
Als Manager (d/w/m) im Bereich Produktmarketing fungierst du als Hauptansprechperson zwischen dem Produktmanagement-Team, dem Software-Vertriebsteam und dem Corporate Marketing von 4flow. Zu den Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:
Du nutzt Analysen, um GTM-Strategien kontinuierlich zu verfeinern und triffst datengestützte Entscheidungen, um Marktdurchdringung und Produktakzenptanz zu optimieren.
Du erstellst und pflegst die strategischen Elemente des GTM-Plans, wie ICPs und Personas.
Du koordinierst und setzt Sales- und Marketinginitiativen um und überprüfst deren Erfolg.
Du setzt dich mit aktuellen Markttrends und Technologien auseinander und nutzt diese im GTM-Plan.
Du entwickelst unsere Marketingmaterialien (wie z.B. Verkaufspräsentationen, Produktvideos, Website-Inhalten) weiter und verbesserst diese, einschließlich Verkaufspräsentationen.
Du leitest das Produktmarketing-Team und sorgst für dessen Erfolg und Wachstum.

Du bringst einen relevanten Hochschulabschluss sowie mindestens 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Produktmarketing oder in der B2B-Softwarebranche mit. Erfahrungen im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain sind von Vorteil.
Du kannst bereits erste Erfolge bei GTM-Strategien vorweisen und bringst eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit.
Durch deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse kommunizierst du sicher mit unseren internationalen Kunden und Mitarbeitende.
