Aufgaben

Sie beraten Unternehmens- und Firmenkunden zum Thema Payment (Banking, E-Com-merce, Zahlungsverkehrslösungen) umfänglich Sie kümmern sich um die Beratung, Betreuung und Service von Paymentlösungen beim Kunden vor Ort Sie betreuen unsere Kunden telefonisch bei Fragen zum elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr Sie beobachten die Entwicklungen am Markt und am Kunden und generieren daraus Vorschläge für eine Umsetzung in der Stadtsparkasse Bocholt Sie bringen Ihre Expertise in verschiedene Projektteams ein und übernehmen Prozess-verantwortung

Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Bankkauffrau/mann und stehen entsprechenden Fortbildungsmaßnahmen offen gegenüber Sie bringen praktische Erfahrungen in der Kundenberatung mit und verfügen idealerweise über Expertise im Bereich E-Banking und Payment Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Verkaufsorientierung, Durchsetzungsstärke und Ver-handlungssicherheit Sie arbeiten eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst sowie strukturiert und besitzen ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
