WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHENDas Process Advisory Services als Teil der Rheinmetall IT Solutions GmbH berät mit seinem Team die Fachbereiche der Rheinmetall Gruppe und führt Geschäftsprozessanalysen und -optimierungen durch. Hierfür suchen wir eine/n Business Analyst/in für den Bereich R&D, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM):
Beratung der R&D-Fachbereiche (Erforschung und Entwicklung neuer Produkte, Weiterentwicklung und Änderung bestehender Produkte, Material und Verarbeitungsforschung) in Prozess- und PLM-Themen sowie Vernetzung mit internen und externen Fachexperten Erfassung von Anforderungen für den gesuchten Prozessbereich und Herausarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen Analyse und Dokumentation der Anforderungen von Geschäftsprozessen, die eine IT-Lösung erfordern Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse, mit dem Ziel einer weltweiten Harmonisierungs-Strategie Koordination und Beratung bei Demands in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich und dem DemandmanagementDie Position kann an den Standorten Düsseldorf, Unterlüß, Bremen, Kassel, Neuenstadt und Kiel besetzt werden.
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im gesuchten Aufgabenfeld Praktische Erfahrung mit PLM Systemen und Technologie-Konzepten wie IoT, Digital Twin, Product Lifecycle Intelligence oder Model Based Enterprise Solides Know-how für komplexe IT-Anwendungen sowie gute Prozesskenntnisse im PLM-Bereich Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift Hohe Kundenorientierung und ein proaktives Informations- und Kommunikationsverhalten WAS WIR IHNEN BIETENAn unseren Standorten bieten wir Ihnen:
