Ihre Aufgaben

- In your role as Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) Surgical Endoscopy, you take ownership for the extended business areas as well as Digital business of the Surgical Endoscopy Business Unit and drive results in the context of the EMEA sales organization
- You develop innovative product and marketing strategies incl. the development of value propositions, product positioning, internal & external training, pricing, reimbursement and communication with the aim of raising marketing activities to a higher level
- You actively steer the concept integration into the local markets and monitor the countries sales results and activities in your product areas and initiate necessary measures in case of deviations.
- You are responsible for managing the product portfolio along product planning, product launch, life cycle management and product phase-out
- You conduct extensive market and competition analyses and prepare needs analyses for the EMEA Management as well as for the country organization
- You act as a counterpart for our local organizations and enable them to drive customer requests and projects forward
- You represent your products at customer visits, at specialist congresses and customer events
- Furthermore, you establish links and relationships with customers and key clinicians on a European level needed to trial and develop new products, involve in peer-to-peer activities and other marketing related activities
- You liaise with R&D departments to ensure that customer needs are correctly identified, communicated and met
- You design and carry out training and education concepts for our sales representatives and customers in the field of Surgical Endoscopy
- In close cooperation with your Surgical Devices counterpart, you will be responsible for developing the Go to Market Strategy in the Target Discipline Gynecology and Bariatrics.

Ihre Qualifikationen

- You have successfully completed a course of studies in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or similar with a focus on strategic marketing
- Ideally, you have first professional experience in product management in a medical area
- You have an inspiring character and strong business sense
- You are able to manage a demanding workload and enjoy working independently
- You are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Your strengths include a customer focused and commercial mindset, good analytical and communication skills and an affinity with medical technologies and procedures
- Contributing to success as part of a team motivates you
- You have very good command of English – both written and spoken
- You enjoy travelling up to 30%
