Your tasks

Acting as a point of contact for employees on company matters such as payroll accounting, working hours, maternity leave and parental leave Preparation of employment contracts, references, certificates, etc. Correspondence with employees, department heads, health insurance companies and authorities Administration of personnel files Observing and complying with collective bargaining and statutory regulations

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training Experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility desirable German language skills, written and spoken An independent way of working Communication and organizational skills
