Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for design/development, modification and evaluation of primarily electronic parts, components or controls/integrated circuitry for hardware and/or other systems. May contribute to total system engineering, including other engineering disciplines. May be involved in all phases of design and development from initial concept to manufacturing. Conducts experimental tests on equipment and evaluates results. Develops specifications for selecting components and equipment to use. May also review vendors’ abilities to support development. Depending on level, may function as a project engineer/leader with the resident responsibilities of proposals/project plan, schedules, work assignments, prime contact, technical presentations, cross functional issue resolution, etc. Is expected to keep up to date on technical advances in the discipline and related fields.

ENTRY LEVEL:
Work is closely supervised by manager or more senior staff. Work assignments encompass a well-defined set of tasks requiring fundamental principles, theories and concepts. May be assigned to participate in projects. Utilizes learned principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Follows standard practices and procedures. Emphasis is on learning company processes and nuances related to the job. Provides resolution to a variety of basic problems. Follows established practices with limitations in using judgment outside of those practices. Work is reviewed frequently. Contacts are typically with direct supervisor and other members of the team. Failure to successfully accomplish tasks can normally be corrected without significant impact. Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 year’s experience, or its equivalent.

Wir suchen derzeit einen Elektroingenieur / Techniker für unsere Konstruktionsabteilung in Steißlingen, Deutschland.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

· Erstellung von Stromlaufplänen inklusive Dokumentation für Neukonstruktionen und Weiterentwicklungen in E-Plan P8 2023

· Erstellen und aufbereiten erforderlicher Dokumentationen für den Nachweis der Produktsicherheit, z.B. Risikoanalysen, EMV, etc.

· Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozess- und Maschinensicherheit sowie Umweltschutzmaßnahmen, einschließlich Ersatzteilmanagement

· Sicherstellung des betriebssicheren Zustands von Anlagen, Betriebsmitteln

· Entwicklung und Programmierung von Sicherheitsstrukturen

· Erstellung von Prüfplankonzepten für die elektrische Endprüfung von Maschinen

· Technische Projektverantwortung innerhalb des Unternehmens

Erfahrungen:

· Abschluss als Meister, Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik oder Techniker mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik

· Mehrjährige (3+ Jahre) Erfahrung als Elektrokonstrukteur

· Erfahrung mit der Planung von Maschinen und Schaltschränken nach aktuellen Normen

· Erfahrung in den Bereichen der Prüfung und Zertifizierung von Anlagen und Maschinen

· Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Normen und Standards der Branche

wie z. B. DIN EN ISO 13849, DIN EN ISO 12100 und EN / IEC 60204-1

· Erfahrungen in der internationalen Zertifizierung (z.B. USA NFPA 79) sind von Vorteil

· Praktische Arbeitserfahrung von Vorteil

Tools/ Software:

· Fortgeschrittener Benutzer von Eplan P8 2023 (ab Vers. 2.8).

· Plutomanager wünschenswert

· MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel,…)

Soft skills:

· Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

· Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten / Teamfähigkeit

· Qualitätsbewusstsein

· Eigenständige Arbeitsweise
