Ihre Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung der Prozessabläufe gemäß der vorgegebenen Unternehmenskennzahlen und ZielenFührung und Förderung von unterstellten MitarbeiternPersonaleinsatzplanung gemäß Vorgaben erstellenAuswertung, Erfassung und Überwachung von Teamzielen und TeamergebnissenEinhaltung der das Unternehmen betreffenden Richtlinien, Prozesse und gesetzlichen AnforderungenKontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Produktivitäteigenständige Lösung auftretender Service- und SchnittstellenproblemeUnterstützung des Managements bei der Kommunikation und Interaktion mit internen und externen Kunden und Dienstleistern
