E-Commerce Sales - Ein neu gebildetes Team innerhalb von Digital & Consumer, das für das Wachstum und die kommerzielle Steuerung von C&A Web & APP in allen Bereichen und Ländern verantwortlich ist Wir spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Erreichung unserer Ziele innerhalb einer 360°-Sicht auf das Geschäft, um unser Potenzial freizusetzen und (profitables) Wachstum zu erzielen. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Werkstudent: Omnichannel Manager - Markets zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Diese Rolle wird dazu beitragen, das One C&A-Erlebnis für unsere Kunden on- und offline in allen europäischen Märkten aufzubauen und zu erweitern. Der Omnichannel Manager - Markets wird funktionsübergreifende Initiativen zentral managen und sicherstellen, dass die Omnichannel-Ausführung auf die lokalen Marktanforderungen abgestimmt ist.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verwalten und Koordinieren von digitalen und Omnichannel-Initiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Märkten in einem funktionsübergreifenden Teamumfeld                                                       
  • Du fungierst als zentraler digitaler Ansprechpartner/Schnittstelle für die lokalen Marktaktivitäten in den verschiedenen Märkten, um Omnichannel-Initiativen und -Kooperationen gemeinsam zu entwickeln                                                          
  • Sicherstellung der operativen Exzellenz in den digitalen Kanälen der marktspezifischen lokalen Initiativen                                                              
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Projekten, um ein einheitliches C&A-Erlebnis über das gesamte Ecosystem in allen Märkten zu schaffen

  • Fähigkeit, sich in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen und oft unklaren Umfeld zurechtzufinden
  • Multitasking-Fähigkeit und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Derzeit eingeschrieben in ein Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Verkauf, eCom, etc.
