Support Sales team in identifying critical contract terms and collaborate with Legal to make recommendations for drafting critical terms Identification of contractual risks and possible counter-measures Collaboration with insurance brokers to ensure the proper protection for the project and the related project risks Support preparation of necessary approval documents (LoA) in cooperation with all other areas involved Align with project manager throughout execution of the project. Support project manager in contractual and commercial matters, e.g by proactive introduction of claims and change requests against customers and / or suppliers and drafting relevant correspondence Track and assure terms are followed, including payment milestones, accounting, project guarantees and bonds, etc. Support Project Controlling with a view to early detection of cost risks, review of guarantee documents, etc. Support Procurement process to ensure project success and identifying potential risks with delivery schedules, etc. Support Procurement Category Leads in drafting, negotiating and implementing MSAs Advise and support settlement negotiations with contract partners

Tasks and Qualifications:

What we're looking for

University degree, preferably business management, law or a technical field, working knowledge of general accounting and finance principles

Strong project management skills Relevant work experience in contract and claim management and contract analyzing, drafting and/or legal experience, alternatively legal or commercial academic and professional background with related experiences in large scale projects Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken are a must. Additional knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish is desirable. Solid negotiation skills, analytical thinking, creativity, communication strength, perseverance, solution-oriented thinking, team orientation Conflict resolution skills, persistence, assertiveness Proactive nature, with decision-making capacity Willingness to travel
