Starte durch bei der HDI AG Innerhalb der HDI Group bündeln wir Aufgaben für die Gesellschaften der Privat- und Firmenversicherung und der Industrieversicherung. Deine Aufgaben:
Engagierte Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung von Arbeitsaufträgen im vielseitigen Bereich Group People Services Eigenständige Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und weiterer personalrelevanter Dokumente für die Mitarbeitenden der HDI Group Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitszeiten und Abwesenheiten wie bspw. Krankheitstagen Regelmäßige Pflege und Aktualisierung der digitalen Personalakte Mitarbeit in interessanten Projekten rund um die Personalsachbearbeitung
Dein Profil:
Begonnenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschafts- bzw. Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung; idealerweise mit einer Reststudiendauer von mind. einem Jahr Erste Praxiserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung im Rahmen einer Berufsausbildung, einer Werkstudierendentätigkeiten oder eines Praktikums wünschenswert Schnelle Auffassungsgabe verbunden mit einer selbstständigen und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise Kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit Dienstleistungsorientierung im Umgang mit den Mitarbeitenden unseres Konzerns Sichere Anwendung der gängigen MS Office-Produkte, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint Niemand ist perfekt und nicht alle Karrierewege sind geradlinig.
