Documentary handling of air freight shipments in the import and export sector Logistical and documentary handling of special freight, such as dangerous goods or airmail Responsible for analysing and routinely processing operational data Contact person for our customers Carrying out billing activities typical for the division Use of various internal IT systems and Office applications Contact

Ideally, you should bring:

Completed vocational training (preferably in freight forwarding and logistics) and ideally practical experience in logistics/air freight Customs, aviation security and dangerous goods knowledge as well as experience in the documentary handling of air freight shipments or airline handling are an advantage Customer- and solution-orientated way of working and a high level of service orientation Very good knowledge of German and advanced knowledge of written and spoken English Ability to work in a team, resilience and stress resistance Good communication skills and an enjoyment of working with people Willingness and ability to work in shifts (early/late/night) Results-orientated thinking and acting
