Du bist verantwortlich für die gewissenhafte Prüfung, Buchung und zeitnahe Zahlung von Eingangsrechnungen.
In deiner Verantwortung liegt die sorgfältige Abwicklung von Reisekosten und Kreditkartenabrechnungen. Du behältst den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass alles nahtlos gebucht und bezahlt wird, auch in Bezug auf Kreditkartenabrechnungen.
Du führst Kontenabstimmungen durch und klärst professionell unklare oder offene Posten.
Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, indem du die kreditorenrelevanten Stammdaten in unserem SAP-System pflegst.
Du unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Prozesse, Richtlinien und gesetzlicher Anforderungen, insbesondere im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer.
Du bringst aktive Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen ein, liest Rechnungen elektronisch über X-Suite ein, überwachst das WERE-Konto und arbeitest an der intercompany-Abstimmung mit. Deine Vielseitigkeit zeigt sich auch bei der Bearbeitung von Themen und individuellen Anfragen.
Verbindet Leidenschaft mit Know-how - Dein Profil:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Industriekauffrau, Steuerfachgehilfe, Wirtschaftskauffrau oder vergleichbar bereits abgeschlossen.
Du kennst Dich im Reisekostenrecht aus und beherrschst den Zahlungsverkehr. Darüber hinaus bist du mit deinen Kenntnissen im Steuer- und Buchhaltungswesen eine Bereicherung für unser Team.
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und hast bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP, insbesondere im Bereich FI/MM.
Du zeichnest dich durch eine ziel- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus, bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team.
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
