But we are keen to learn your ideas and see you implementing them.Your role in this? Simply think IT (full stack or low code) differently and steer projects in completely new directions, pioneer new technologies and its implementation, write the playbook for finance of the future. In your new role, you will be responsible for shaping, building and implementing IT solutions together with our products, functions and regions. The goal is the continuous further development of Treasury / Financing processes, organization and applications to support the operational business worldwide. What part will you play? As Digitalization Manager (f/m/d) at CF F Operations Financial Technologies, you will set the highest industry and functional standards in the automation and digitalization of our processes and IT system landscape through disruption and innovation Together with our team, you will question existing processes and applications, define or gather requirements for optimized solutions and develop, program and improve in-house developments and standard IT solutions (including low code) You support the coordination and execution of tests of the new and (partly self-) developed tools and systems and the preparation of their acceptance by the respective internal customers, as well as the creation and maintenance of the system documentation After go-live you will hand over the developed solutions to the corresponding teams in our global organization Whether waterfall or agile – you're adept at applying various project management methodologies and are open for different roles (e.g., project/workstream management) in challenging projects and initiatives and furthermore in the following operations phase, e.g. as product owner Plan and lead workshops and develop trainings, act as a technology and innovations ambassador What you need to make real what matters. Your studies in IT, mathematics, business administration or a comparable field provide the basis for the position as well as Several years of professional experience in developing IT solutions, preferably in corporate finance and treasury functions A successful track record in realizing low code / no code use cases in eg Alteryx/Knime, Tableau/PowerBI or a strong background in full stack development Proficiency in handling sophisticated IT implementation projects and working in cross-functional line organizations or project teams, both internally and externally Familiarity with Blockchain / DLT concepts and technologies would be plus as well as track record with PoCs / MVPs / Pilot References in Programmable Money, Digital Currencies, Programmable Payments and Smart Contracts and Asset Tokenization Proven dedication, analytical ability, and results orientation, combined with a hands-on mentality and a 'do it and finish it yourself demeanor You are self-motivated and strive to make an impact and push our initiatives over the finish successfully in connection with a pragmatic getting things done mentality Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English, with excellent communication and presentation skills in a business context; proficiency in other languages is advantageous What we offer. 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard Attractive remuneration package Development opportunities for both personal and professional growth 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG Find more benefits Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and personal preferences.
