We are seeking a motivated and skilled working student to join our team as a Power BI/Data Analytics specialist. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for leveraging Power BI to analyze and visualize data, providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs, creating dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

You utilize Power BI to develop interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key metrics and trends Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives will be one of your tasks You perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions You clean, transform, and manipulate data as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency Assisting in the development of data models and visualizations to support strategic initiatives is one of your responsibilities You provide training and support to team members on Power BI best practices and data visualization techniques You collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data sources are properly integrated and maintained You stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and techniques

What you need to make real what matters.

Your curiosity and critical questioning come first for us You are interested in current HR trends and developments in the world of work and have already gained some practical experience in this context, preferably around transformation You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Analytics and have 15-20 hours / week to tackle the topics together with us You are proficient in Power BI with a strong understanding of data visualization principles and preferably also have experience with other data analytics tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Microsoft Excel You have a solid grasp of data analysis techniques and experience working with large datasets You are familiar with SQL for data manipulation and extraction You are looking for personal responsibility and independence in your work, even as a working student, and are familiar with a dynamic environment You are fluent in both written and spoken English
