As (Senior) Global SEA Manager , you will be responsible for developing our SEA strategy across all countries. Your main goal is to create an outstanding customer experience while fostering both growth and profitability. To achieve this, you are leading our SEA agency and collaborating closely with internal teams, including Graphics, Product Marketing, and Marketing Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment of strategies and objectives. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

lead our SEA agency with a hands-on mindset

drive growth agenda for Search with a strong focus on internationalisation

identify, develop, and implement new processes to enhance performance and efficiency within the channel

leverage & analyze data to generate valuable insights and build hypothesises

design incrementality tests to prove the value of Paid Search

collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders on global and multi-channel campaigns

YOU COME WITH

3+ years of extensive SEA experience within an eCommerce environment strong expertise in developing and executing impactful strategies over multiple markets proficiency in leveraging data and marketing analytics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance excellent communication and project management skills strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams passion for performance marketing and the ambition to push our SEA channel to the next level fluency in German and English
