Quality Manager Sourcing (w/m/d)



Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Vollständige Lieferanteneinphasung / -qualifizierung, gegebenenfalls einschließlich Entwicklung / Verbesserung der Lieferantenprozesse Produktionsbegleitende Entwicklung mit und beim Lieferanten Programme zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung mit unseren Hauptlieferanten Planen, Durchführen und Nachverfolgen von Lieferantenaudits, einschließlich der Erstellung von Berichten und der Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen sowie anschließende Produkt- und Prozessoptimierung Berichterstattung an das Management in Bezug auf Sourcing und Qualität Teilnahme an Lieferantenüberprüfungen und Verbesserungsprogrammen Schulen und Betreuen verschiedener Teams mit Qualitätswerkzeugen (z. B. FMEA) Führung von Projekten mit effektiven Projektmanagementfähigkeiten Erstellung, Pflege und Verbesserung von IMS-Verfahren (Integrated Management System) in Zusammenhang mit Lieferantenverbesserungsprogrammen

Das sollten Sie mitbringen

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung und im Qualitätsmanagement Bachelor, Techniker oder Meister, sowie Ausbildung zum QMB Weiterbildung zum Auditor (1st/2nd Party)  Auslandserfahrung mit Reisebereitschaft  Analytische und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeit Selbstsicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Gute SAP und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
