Ihre Aufgaben:
Verantwortliche Ansprechperson zu allen Qualitätsthemen im Zentralbereich Corporate Quality Aktive Begleitung des Planungsprozesses zur Festlegung von Qualitätszielen in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität Planung und Umsetzung der qualitätsseitigen Aktivitäten zur Reifegradabsicherung nach Standards oder normativen Vorgaben Mitwirkung bei der Definition der Verifikations- und Validationsstrategie für Software Begleitung und Sicherstellen der im Softwareentwicklungsprozess anfallenden Verifikations- und Validationsmaßnahmen Schnittstelle zum Bereich Corporate Software Development Mitwirkung bei Prozessverbesserungsaktivitäten z.B. Methoden, Tools etc. Sicherstellen von validen Arbeitsergebnissen im SoftwareentwicklungsprozessIhre Qualifikationen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Technische Informatik, Software Engineering, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Qualitätssicherung von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Risk Management, in gängigen Qualitätsmethoden sowie in der Auditierung von Entwicklungsprozessen Grundkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der funktionalen Sicherheit (z.B. IEC oder ISO ) und Cybersecurity (IEC ) wünschenswert Grundkenntnisse gängiger Reifegradmodelle wie z.B. ASPICE, CMMI o.ä. sind von Vorteil Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit über Bereichs- und Ländergrenzen hinwegBei uns erwartet Sie:
