The Business Transformation department is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of transformation projects, including the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and the enhancement of Financial Core governance. In your new role as Vice President Business Transformation (m/f/d) you are responsible for driving and overseeing FSE business transformation initiatives within the organization. This role focuses on simplifying structures, harmonizing processes, and accelerating performance to align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects, including the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and the enhancement of Financial Core governance.

Your assignments

In this role, you initiate and collaborate to the creation and implementation of transformation initiatives, including process harmonization, system upgrades, and organizational restructuring based on target operating models.

Part of your daily work is the collaboration with the senior leadership team, to define transformation objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.

In addition, you define and track KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.

You support design and alignment of target operating models of central functions to consolidate requirements and objectives in a consistent and sustainable Finance Core program.

You are the project leader of transversal and multidisciplinary FSE transformation projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget and you coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to align activities and ensure cohesive project delivery.

You support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the financial core and integration with existing systems.

You also ensure seamless interface between SAP S/4HANA program and other finance core initiatives, standardize and optimize financial processes to ensure consistency and accuracy and develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.

Your profile

Completed studies in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, engineering or related field

10+ years profound experience in international and multidisciplinary projects, including strategy execution, change management, organizational design, development of global processes and business transformation

Deep understanding of financial processes in both the application and system world

Teamplayer with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional German language skills are an asset

Leadership skills and a finance background is an advantage
