IT Business Analyst – Fraud & Prevention (w/m/d) in Frankfurt / Nürnberg

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass der Austausch und Informationstransfer in alle Richtungen gelingt, vermittelst zwischen Fachbereich, IT-Architektur und Anwendungsentwicklung und füllst die Schnittstellenfunktion mit Deinen Tech-Skills lebendig aus.
  • Du hast dabei die prozessübergreifende Analyse und Modellierung von IT-Anforderungen genauso drauf wie die Datenanalyse, um unser Fraud & Prevention-Team mit kreativen Lösungen zu unterstützen.
  • In Deinem agilen Squad managst und bewertest Du die Requirements, begleitest die IT-Umsetzung, verantwortest Releases und Iterationen und hilfst im Second-Level-Support.
  • Auch wenn es um Governance & Security-Themen, Reportings, technische Dokumentation und KPIs geht, bist Du hellwach und unterstützt unsere Anwendungsentwicklung kompetent mit Deinen Abstraktions- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld, vorzugsweise im Bereich Fraud & Prevention 
  • Fit in der Software-Konfiguration / im Anforderungsmanagement, idealerweise Know-how in Self-contained Systems (SCS) und OpenShift sowie Docker-Container-Technologien
  • Praxis mit Datenbankabfragesprachen und in der Auswertung von Logfiles mittels Kibana
  • Spaß an agiler Arbeit im Team, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Neugierig, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Kommunikativ auf Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
