AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in zum Thema komplexere Marketing-Analysen und bearbeitest entsprechende Anfragen Du unterstützt bei der Nutzung und Interpretation der verschiedenen Attribution Modelle (., first-click, last-click, multi-touch) Du übersetzt die Ergebnisse von Attribution, MMM und Experiment in management-taugliche Präsentationen und Dashboards Du bist der Experte für das Zusammenspiel von Experimenten, Attribution und MMM, entwickelst den für Douglas richtigen Weg hier und setzt diesen mit Toolanbietern und Teams gemeinsam um Du bist verantwortlich für das Design & die Durchführung & Auswertung von Experimenten Du verantwortest die Interpretation der Ergebnisse der Experimente und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Du stellst sicher, dass Experiment hypothesengeleitet und KPI-gestützt sind Vorgehen in enger Abstimmung mit den Business Teams Du kommunizierst der Erkenntnisse in die Teams & Management Du unterstütz bei Enablement und Onboarding rund um Attribution, MMM & Experimente und verantwortest das Change-Management zu diesen Themen Integration der Erkenntnisse von Experimenten in die bestehenden Modelle & Tools
DEINE SKILLS Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit analytischem Schwerpunkt, . Ökonometrie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Statistik, o.Ä. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Attribution und Media Mix Modellen – sowohl tool-basiert als auch selbst modelliert Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Programmierung von ökonometrischen Modellen Verständnisse von Kausalitäten & Inkrementellen Effekten sowie der Umsetzung von Quasi-Experimenten (wenn klassische Experimente nicht möglich sind) Strategische & ergebnisorientierte Denkweise mit Fokus auf die Erzielung von Geschäftsergebnissen durch Datenaktivierungsstrategien Versiertheit in Datenschutzvorschriften, einschließlich der DSGVO Starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Beeinflussung von Stakeholdern Starke Empathie & Kommunikationsfähigkeit Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus
