Overview
Gestaltung und Entwicklung innovativer Fahrradteile im Rahmen spannender Projekte in interdisziplinären Teams.
Responsibilities
Gestaltung mechanischer und elektromechanischer Komponenten und Systemen mit sämtlichen Einzelteilen vom Konzept bis zur Serienreife unter Berücksichtigung von Funktions-, Kosten-, Gewichts- und Einbaugesichtspunkten. Erstellung von Zeichnungen/Produktspezifikationen entsprechend internationalen und internen Normen in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Zeichnern/innen. Durchführung von FMEAs und Unterstützung der Qualitätsabteilung bei der Erstellung von Qualitätsplänen. Überwachung von Machbarkeit, Terminen und Kosten in Abstimmung mit Lieferanten weltweit. Abstimmung mit Musterbau, externen Zulieferern und der Versuchsabteilung bezüglich der termingerechten Prototypenerstellung und Versuchsplanung. Unterstützung der Fertigung bei der Produktions- und Vorrichtungsplanung und Überwachung der Prozesse bei Produktionsanlauf in globalen Fertigungsstandorten.
Qualifications
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang; alternativ eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konstruktion, Projektmanagement o. Ä. wünschenswert. Gute CAD- und FEA-Kenntnisse, bevorzugt in PTC Creo. Gute Kenntnisse in Kunststofffertigung und Metallbearbeitung. Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse. Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und gute Kommunikation. Internationale Reisebereitschaft. Begeisterung fürs Radfahren und handwerkliches Geschick wünschenswert.-
