Your Role Identifying and assessing trends and technologies in live and video productions within the context of training and education. Definition of requirements for live streaming and video-based learning solutions in collaboration with specialists from different Gen Re branches. Design, technical implementation, and post-production of live stream and video productions in our studio. Developing compelling solutions for integrating video content and animations into web-based training together with our training specialists. Overseeing the user management and advancements of our learning management system, with a focus on great customer service. Contributing expertise, interculturalcompetence, and project management skills to interdisciplinary projects.

Your Profile 

You’re a media designer or event technician, or you’ve completed a similar university degree / professional training that qualifies you as a professional media content creator. You have a creative mind and a talent for visuals. You bring in substantial experience in streaming and video production, and possibly in web-based training. Your forte is working under time pressure. You couple conceptual strength in media design with comprehensive knowledge of editing, camera operation, as well as light and sound design. You’re an expert in creating compelling audiovisual content using the NewTek Tricaster. You’re proficient in post-production, animation, and image editing, mastering the tools of the Adobe Creative Suite. Ideally, you have prior experience with learning management systems. You quickly adapt to new tasks, topics and responsibilities. You’re fluent in English and thrive as international project manager. You excel in teamwork and contribute to outstanding work results with your input.
