Your tasks

Handling commercial processes, e.g. shipping orders in international spare parts shipping Interface and close exchange with all persons involved (suppliers, forwarding agents, internal contacts) Ordering and organizing the necessary freight space for truck, sea and air transport System-supported preparation of e.g. transport documents and customs certificates in compliance with applicable regulations and shipping specifications

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training and initial work experience initial knowledge of customs law (shipping, e.g. in the international truck, air or sea freight sector) good written and spoken English (level B2) Reliable, structured and independent way of working initiative, commitment and ability to work in a team Willingness to work staggered hours (7 am - 3 pm / 11 am - 8 pm)
