Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Regelmäßige Produktionsprozess- und Qualitätsdatenerfassung und entsprechende statistische Auswertung einschließlich der Bewertung von Eingriffserfordernissen Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Prozess- und Anlagenoptimierung Managen von Herausforderungen im Tagesgeschäft der Anlage Vorbereitung und produktionsseitige Begleitung von Kapitalprojekten Identifizierung, Bearbeitung und ggf. Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten Erstellung / Bearbeitung von RCIs („“) Aktive Zuarbeit im Bereich EH&S Teilnahme an ISO-Audits Begleitung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und technischen Inspektionsmaßnahmen Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (z. B. Forschung, Maintenance, Quality und Supply Chain)

​ Was wir erwarten:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Technische Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsbereich einer Chemieanlage oder artverwandter Anlagentechnik wünschenswert Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Anlagenbetreuung mit Batchprozessen Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Gute Balance zwischen fachlicher Expertise und Hands-on-Mentalität Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift IT-Kenntnisse: MS Office und Kenntnisse in Statistikprogrammen
