What Will Your Role Be
We are looking for a full-time Web Analyst (f/m/d) to join our team. As a pivotal member of our centralized Digital Analytics team, your role entails the dynamic tracking and in-depth analysis of our expansive digital product portfolio.
What You´ll Do
Drive the planning, designing and implementation of client and server-side web tracking across a portfolio of digital channels and platformsTranslate business questions and use cases into analytical requirements into technical solutions in line with an ever-changing technology and regulations landscapeHelp stakeholders, product owners, and marketing team to identify important web analytics metrics and gain insights to improve our online business.Create analyses of visitor and usage behavior, design variant tests, and derive optimization measures in close cooperation with other departmentsCreate dashboards and reporting in web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Data StudioAnalyze and communicate data-based findings to stakeholders to drive better decisionsDesign, conduct, and evaluate A/B testsCreate tracking and measurement concepts and standardize and optimize the possibilities of data collectionIdentify, set up, and continuously optimize the best client and server-side tracking setup for our websites with the help of tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)What You´ll Bring
Relevant practical experience in the field of Web/ Digital Analytics or Business AnalyticsExcellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strong sense of responsibility for "your systems”Know how tag management systems workE-commerce experience is a plusSufficient knowledge of at least one of the following: JavaScript, ETL processes, R, Python, SQL Understand that a team consists of people with different needs, strengths and skillsYou are working hands-on while implementing requirements by yourselfFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent written and verbal skills in English, additional language(s) a plusWhy Should You Join Us
