Als Logistic Consultant (m/w/d) bei Fellowmind Germany, einem führenden Microsoft Partner für die Beratung- und Implementierung von ERP-Lösungen, bist du für die fachliche Beratung der Logistikprozesse bei unseren Kunden verantwortlich.
Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen bist du für die Implementierung und Optimierung der Lieferkette im Bereich innerbetriebliche Logistik, Produktionslogistik und Transportlogistik verantwortlich.
Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus den angrenzenden Fachbereichen Verkauf, Einkauf und Produktion zusammen, um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen und gemeinsam Lösungen zu entwickeln, die auf ihre Anforderungen zugeschnitten sind. Als Experte*in für D365 Operations bzw. Supply Chain Management begleitest du das Projekt von den Analyseworkshops bis zur Hypercare-Phase.
Das erwartet dich:
- Beratung in unseren Projekten in Bezug auf Kundenanforderungen und fachlichen Ausarbeitung von Lösungen und Geschäftsprozessen
- Abbilden der logistischen Anforderungen in D365 Operation/SCM in Bezug auf die betriebsübergreifende Lieferkette
- Erstellen von Fachkonzepten für unsere Entwicklungsabteilung und Mitwirken an Budgetabschätzungen
- Durchführung von Presales Workshops, End-User Trainings und Schulungen
- Abstimmung mit externen Partnern und Projektteilnehmern
Das bringst du an Erfahrung mit:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- und/oder Masterstudium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Funktionale Expertise im Bereich innerbetriebliche Logistik, Produktionslogistik, Transportlogistik, Außenhandel und der Anbindung von LVS-Systemen
- Beratung von Software-Lösungen, die auf individuelle Kundenanforderung zugeschnitten sind - idealerweise D365 Operation/SCM
- Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten im Kontext von Business Anwendungen und System-Schnittstellen
