Job Highlights

As our Contract Manager, you will execute and implement contracts to maximize contract compliance and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance. Every day you will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for value creation, and contribute to shaping future of a new company. To thrive in this role you must have experience in purchasing or commercial function

Key Responsibilities

Support category procurement with implementation of sourcing initiatives Manage contract implementation and develop relationships/partnership with suppliers and track their performance Implement supplier development activities defined in the cross-functional review meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce cost Manage partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale at all levels in the organization Look for cost reduction opportunities

Requirements

The right candidate we are looking for:

Has a Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in procurement and/or relevant technical discipline with minimum 5 years of work experience Has a strong negotiation skills Takes initiative to go above and beyond to add value Has a highly developed communication skills and (external) networking capabilities Has a capability of working in a fast paced and often changing environment Is fluent in English and Dutch or German is desirable
