IF you get hired you will need to relocate to Greece. Our Client will pay for your relocation ( flight. transfer & hotel ).

 

Handle incoming calls, chat, social media & email communications with customers and/ or prospect clients in a variety of the worlds top brand names. Depending on the Client, your role may vary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of German (both verbal and written)
  • Good English language skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.)
  • A positive mindset and pleasant personality
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for learning
  • Accountability when handling sensitive information
  • Previous working experience in a similar customer service position will be considered as an advantage

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, chat, social media & email communications with customers and/ or prospect clients in a variety of the worlds top brand names. Depending on the Client, your role may vary. The sectors our Client are in are, Customer Service, Aviation, Hospitality, Transportation, Online Media, Banking and Finance.
