Clothing Technician

Clothing Technician (m/f/d)

In this role, you play a crucial part in producing high-quality and well-fitting garments.

• Collaborate with QA, design team, and production to establish and maintain a standardized fit process
• Review and approve samples from prototype, salesman sample, size set to pre-production (PP), and production stages according to defined technical specifications and safety requirements
• Manage fit tests on dummies, adjust patterns, and size specifications
• Evaluate factory size specifications and grading, and oversee improvement actions
• Liaise with factories regarding brand fit requirements and provide technical advice and solutions
• Work closely with Design and Merchandising to meet sample turnaround time

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Clothing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an international environment
• Experience in knit or cut & sewn for menswear, womenswear, and kids
• Strong knowledge of fabric, sewing, garment fitting, grading, pattern making, and garment production
• Proficiency in textile wet processing
• Familiarity with performance and outerwear construction and functionality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept team player
• Proficient in verbal and written business English, German language skills are advantageous
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and eager to learn
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizing, coordination, and planning skills
• Adobe Illustrator knowledge is advantageous
