Wir kümmern uns um sämtliche Kreditrisiken des Konzerns, von der Neugewährung über die laufende Überwachung bis hin zu einer ggf. notwendigen Intensivbehandlung. Shape: Wir geben der Bank Form, indem wir zum Beispiel Einfluss auf die Auswahl der Produkte unter Risikogesichtspunkten nehmen. Wir managen Portfolien aktiv und wir gestalten unsere Prozesse schlank. Serve: Wir sind Dienstleister. Unsere Dienstleistungsbereitschaft machen wir an der Qualität unserer Arbeit, den damit verbundenen Kosten sowie der Geschwindigkeit fest, mit der wir unsere Aufgaben abarbeiten. Als (Senior) Credit Officer im Bereich Institutional Clients:
verantwortest du im Rahmen deiner Kompetenz ein Kreditportfolio von entweder internationalen Banken und dem öffentlichen Sektor oder internationalen Non-Bank Financial Institutions mit unterschiedlich hohem Risikogehalt bzw. Schwierigkeits- und/ oder Komplexitätsgrad. Der Fokus liegt dabei a) auf Financial Institutions/ Banken und dem öffentlichen Sektor oder b) auf Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) u.a. Versicherungen, Broker/ Dealers, Börsen, Clearinghäuser und Kapitalanlagegesellschaften oder regulierten Fonds (Pensionsfonds), Hedge Funds, Leasinggesellschaften, Factoring Unternehmen und Private Equity Manager. gestaltest, bewertest und entscheidest du aktiv zusammen mit dem Vertrieb - je nach Ausbildungsstand in eigener Kreditkompetenz - über Kreditengagements in deiner Zuständigkeit. votierst du große bzw. risikoreiche Engagements für das Senior Management, bis Kreditkomitee/ Vorstand. Dabei steht die selbstständige Analyse der individuellen finanziellen und wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse von Kreditnehmern inklusive Umfeld und Governance (Jahresabschluss, Haushaltszahlen, Markt und Wettbewerb etc.) sowie die Entscheidungsfindung unter Berücksichtigung individueller Transaktionsstrukturen im Vordergrund. Zudem hast du eine Ertrags-/ Rentabilitätsmitverantwortung bei den von dir bearbeiteten Engagements. stimmst du dich mit Kolleg*innen aus verschiedensten Bereichen ab - beispielsweise Vertrieb, Repräsentanten vor Ort, Marktrisiko, Collateral Management, Legal, Compliance und unsere eigenen Experten aus der Länderrisikosteuerung; wo sinnvoll/ notwendig begleitest du den Vertrieb zu Kundenbesuchen. arbeitest du aktiv an Portfoliostrategien und der Bestimmung des Risikoappetits mit; überwachst du kontinuierlich und vorausschauend deine Engagements. gestaltest du Prozesse, Regularien und auch Tools mit; wertest Daten aus und nutzt Daten, z.B. über moderne Dashboard Plattformen. Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung, möglichst ergänzt um Bankfachwirtqualifikation oder berufsintegrierter Studiengang oder (Fach-)Hochschulstudium Erfahrung in der Kreditrisikoanalyse von Banken bzw. der Analyse verschiedener Risikoarten sowie relevante Produkt- und Dokumentationskenntnisse sind wünschenswert Verständnis für (komplexe) Risikothemen, analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Entscheidungskraft, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Freude am selbständigen Strukturieren und Organisieren der eigenen Arbeit, aber auch Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team mit verschiedenen Kulturen Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Produkten, vor allem Word, Excel und PowerPoint sowie Erfahrung am Umgang mit Daten und IT-Tools Verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch-
