Transport Planner (m/w/d) 

ORGANISATORISCHER KONTEXT UND ZIELSETZUNG

Der Transport Manager stellt den reibungslosen Ablauf der europäischen Landtransporte von INEOS Styrolution sicher, indem er alle erforderlichen Aktivitäten koordiniert und leitet, um eine ordnungsgemäße Steuerung der Transportaufträge zu gewährleisten und dabei stets alle gesetzlichen, internen und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen einzuhalten. Er trägt zur Verbesserung des Transportprozesses und der Leistung der beteiligten Dienstleister bei.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Disposition und Bearbeitung von Transportaufträgen (Land- und Seefracht) für Endprodukte von unseren deutschen Standorten zu unseren Kunden Abstimmung der Transportströme, basierend auf den Kundenanforderung und im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmensbedürfnissen Anlaufstelle für alle transportrelevanten Themen und Initiierung von Verbesserungen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Kosten und Qualität Gewährleistung einer zielführenden Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen und unternehmensinternen Richtlinien und Vorschriften Bereitstellung von Reports, Informationen und Performancekennzahlen samt Ableitung, Umsetzung und Nachhaltung korrespondierender Maßnahmen Lösung von Liefer- oder Transportproblemen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Lieferanten


IHR PROFIL

Kaufmännische Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einem großen Spediteur im Transportmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Position in der Fertigungsindustrie Gutes Verständnis von transport- und exportbezogenen Prozessen sowie des europäischen Frachtmarktes Gute Kenntnisse von Lieferkettenprozessen sowie davon abhängigen Schnittstellen Solide Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office (insbesondere Excel) Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil (Spanisch, Französisch) Kundenorientierung und interne Dienstleistermentalität Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Zeitmanagement und gute analytische Fähigkeiten Die Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen und auch unter Druck Ergebnisse zu erzielen
