Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team die IT-Infrastruktur und unterstützt die Fachabteilungen bei der Bereitstellung von effizienz- und effektivitätssteigernder Business Software.

Deine Aufgaben

IT Application Specialist (w/m/d) wirst Du bei uns mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung und/oder einer informationstechnischen Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in - Systemintegration). Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Datenbanken (MS SQL-Server) und Webservern (Internet Information Service) mit. Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen bei der Durchführung von IT-Projekten und der Überführung von Anwendungen in den produktiven Betrieb. Einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Technologien (Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Internet Information Service) und gängigen Web Technologie setzen wir voraus. Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Analyse von Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie in der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungskonzepten mit. Idealerweise hast Du bereist Praxiskenntnisse im Bereich von Datenplattformen wie Power BI und Alteryx sammeln können. Von Vorteil sind erste Erfahrungen mit dem Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI Report Server). Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Deine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Motivation für variantenreiche Aufgaben und Projekte zeichnen Dich aus. Dein Geschick im Umgang mit Menschen, Deine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.

Du übernimmst als IT Application Specialist (w/m/d) die Administration und Implementierung von fachspezifischen Anwendungen. Die eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie die Koordination von Serviceanfragen im 2nd/3rd Level Support gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben. Du spielst Updates, Hotfixes und neue Releases ein und übernimmst die dazugehörige Abstimmung. Du begleitest die Applikationen über den gesamten Application-Life-Cycle. Darüber hinaus bist Du für Anforderungsanalyse, Bewertung neuer Requirements, Umsetzung und Überführung in den Betrieb zuständig. Du verantwortest den Betrieb von Plattformen für Datenlösungen. Du pflegst und erstellst die Dokumentationen und die teaminterne Wissensdatenbank. Die kontinuierliche Mitarbeit an aktuellen Projekten sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen fallen ebenfalls in Dein Aufgabengebiet. Du automatisierst und optimierst bestehende Prozesse und Schnittstellen. Du unterstützt und berätst bei technischen Fragestellungen.
